Lab screening, isotherm and kinetic testing, and onsite validation to confirm performance before scale-up.

Deployment

Integrating the solution into the client's process via cartridge, fixed bed, or in-process treatment.

Recovery

Where the recovered metal has value, scavenger recovery can be carried out in partnership with Mastermelt to reclaim and recycle metals efficiently.

Product Purification  

Removal of residual metal impurities from final or intermediate product streams to meet regulatory specification.  

Applicable across pharmaceutical, agrochemical, and fine chemical manufacturing industries. Where catalyst-derived metals including palladium, platinum, nickel, cobalt, copper, must be reduced to parts-per-million or sub-ppm levels prior to product release.
